Ordering
All orders of Shuka products are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
We will contact you in the event that any Shuka products you have ordered are unavailable.
You will have the option either to wait until the Shuka products in question are available from stock or to cancel your order.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Shuka products you have ordered either you or we may decide to cancel the order and we will reimburse your payment in full.

Europe and the rest of the world remain valid as advertised from time to time.

We will endeavor to deliver your order within 7 days working of receipt.
If we are unable to deliver within 7 days we will advice you of the delivery date.

Conditions of purchase
Incorrect delivery details may lead to delays in the delivery of Shuka product(s) so before placing your order please ensure that you have indicated the full address details, including accurate post code of the recipient and your day time contact telephone number in the event that any delivery problems encountered.
Returns And Cancellations
You acknowledge and agree that orders for Shuka products can not be amended or canceled, other than in accordance with these terms and conditions, after the order has been placed.
In the event that you Shuka product is not in accordances with your order , is faulty or does not meet with your complete satisfaction, all that we ask item is returned to us within 14 days, in it original packaging and we will credit the original purchase Credit Card/Debit Card or cheque.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
